House Rules

1) The Guest declares that he/she/they is/are over 21 years of age, and no Guest under the age of 21 is permitted to occupy the Property unless accompanied by an adult (sorry no Schoolie’s). 2) To allow property servicing and maintenance, check in time is from 3pm, and check out by 10am. 4) No parties, special functions or gatherings permitted on the property 5) Out of respect for neighbours - minimal noise level required from 10pm until 8am. Please be aware that noise complaints mean there has been a breach of terms and conditions and may result in immediate termination of accommodation reservation and will result in full cost of security patrol call out fees and a $550 fine payable through Airbnb. 6) There is no smoking permitted inside the house. Please dispose of cigarette ends thoughtfully if you smoke outside. 7) All breakages and damage must be reported immediately and are the responsibility of the guest. Guest to message host on arrival if they notice damage and attach a picture to message where possible. 8) Please do not move furniture around during your stay - a fee may be charged by a tradesperson to put back.

Superb location - just a short walk to the main beach, awesome bakeries, the supermarket etc. If you wanted to eat in, the place is equipped with mostly everything necessary to cook a meal for the family. Stayed there 5 days and it was comfortable stay for a family of 4, With all the basics and amenities needed. Would be even better if it was summer for sure. Book with confidence, you wont regret.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Scarborough! The location was absolutely ideal – just a short walk to the beach, great cafes and all the coastal vibes you'd hope for. It was the perfect base for relaxing and exploring Perth’s western suburbs. The accommodation itself was spotless, comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed. The bed was cozy, the Wi-Fi strong and little touches like kitchen essentials and clear check-in instructions made the experience even better. It really felt like a home away from home. Zeke was very responsive, friendly and respectful of our privacy, but always available if we had any questions. The whole process was smooth and stress-free from start to finish. If you’re looking for a peaceful, stylish and well-located place in Scarborough, this is it. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

We were looking for a place to stay the night before our flight and were glad to have found this apartment. It was spotless when we arrived, and the bed was firm yet comfortable—perfect for a restful night. The location was great too, just a short walk to Scarborough Beach and lots of dining options. An added bonus: the hosts were very responsive and approachable over chat. All in all, a great stay!

This is a super well-equipped apartment, a home away from home. It is walking distance to the beach, to great restaurants and cafes and also to Coles. We loved the apartment so much, will definitely book again if we come back to Scarborough beach area. Caroline and Zeke were super responsive.

Fantastic and a very clean place. AC was turned on to ventilate the place before we arrived. Clean bathroom and cozy bedrooms. Great that there's a lift to bring you up. Hosts are very kind and responsive.

Caroline & Jonny’s unit was a beautiful place to stay and was very suitable for a baby as well. With having access to a baby cot and some toys and books to use. It was very homely and was very easy to check in! Caroline and Jonny also kept in contact to ensure we had a great stay and I would book again! It also had great surroundings etc close to the beach and cafes!

This place is PERFECT. We stayed for 2 weeks and wish we could stayed longer. The location was ideal, 2 min walk to beach, shops and great food places. The flat was decorated beautifully and was a calm environment to be in. The flat had everything you would need for a short stay. The hosts were very responsive and friendly. The apartment was exactly as described: clean, well appointed, comfortable, family friendly, and close to the beach and promenade restaurants and cafes. Instructions to access the onsite parking and apartment were extensive and clear. The most impressive part of our experience was the helpfulness and extremely responsive co-host, Zeke. From the day we booked to the day we left Scarborough, Zeke was always ready to answer our questions, provide information and helpful tips and his response time is immediate. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone wanting a comfortable, reliable and well located space.
