Welcome to our freshly renovated house in Scarborough! @scarbsunnystay With a perfect blend of modern comfort you will have great access to the best beaches in Perth. The proximity to restaurants and entertainment is also perfect, not too close to the bars, but not too far from an excellent collection of beach front and neighborhood restaurants. You will find everything you need for a great family get away in our clean and comfortable space.




Good to know
The space is new, clean, and modern. You will love the comfy beds and the open living plan. The gas stove is centered in the island so that you can still chat with friends and family while cooking up a feast! If you do not want to cook you are close to every type of food you can imagine from Italian or Mexican on the beach to Norwegian or Vietnamese around the nieghborhood. Scarborough is a melting pot of people around the World that love the jaw dropping beach life.
House Rules
1) The Guest declares that he/she/they is/are over 21 years of age, and no Guest under the age of 21 is permitted to occupy the Property unless accompanied by an adult (sorry no Schoolie’s). 2) To allow property servicing and maintenance, check in time is from 3pm, and check out by 10am. 3) Number of persons to occupy the property are as per the confirmed booking. 4) No parties, special functions or gatherings permitted on the property 5) Out of respect for neighbours - minimal noise level required from 10pm until 10am. Please be aware that noise complaints mean there has been a breach of terms and conditions and may result in immediate termination of accommodation reservation and will result in full cost of security patrol call out fees and a $550 fine payable through Airbnb. 6) Rubbish bins must be placed on verge side on designated day for weekly waste removal. Any rubbish including recyclable material left beside bins will incur a charge for removal. 7) There is no smoking permitted inside the house. Please dispose of cigarette ends thoughtfully if you smoke outside. 8) All breakages and damage must be reported immediately and are the responsibility of the guest. Guest to message host on arrival if they notice damage and attach a picture to message where possible. 9) Please do not move furniture around during your stay - a fee may be charged by a tradesperson to put back. PET STAY OBLIGATIONS - By Prior Arrangement Only. 1) So that your dog can settle in with you, please also pack both a food & water bowl, bedding requirements and leash. 2) Please do not allow your dog on the lounge, furniture or beds. 3) It would be appreciated that any droppings outside are picked up and sealed in a plastic bag and disposed of in an outdoor bin. 4) Ensure your dog is happy if you need to leave home without him, as we do not wish to upset the neighbours by his fretting. 5) Please ensure you abide by local laws for pet access in on leash and off leash areas 6) It is requested that guests use a vacuum cleaner to remove dog hair before departure to avoid excess cleaning charges. 7) Pets are to be kept under control at all times. 8) Pets must not be left unsupervised or alone at the property at any time. Property neighbours may call the local ranger if the dog is barking. 9) The Guest is responsible for any damage caused by pets, inside or outside the property. If extra cleaning is required this will be deducted from the Security Bond. 10) Pets that are allowed inside should be cleaned and fully dried off before being allowed to enter the property. 11) Property Owners can NOT accept responsibility for pet safety nor do we guarantee the suitability of the property for the dog you are bringing. The onus is on the pet owner to ensure that the property is suitable for their pet.
Other Details to Note
We are on one of the main drags of Scarborough, so there may be some noise from traffic during peak hours. Do not worry though, as a large beautiful limestone wall separates the property from the main road. The parking entrance is from a quiet laneway. Also, please do not be misled by the beautiful ocean picture as you click on the property. This spot is nearby!! It is Just North of Trigg. But, this is not the view you get from the property. Find us
Visitors have easy access to public transit, with bus stops next door and across the street. There is a nearby train station with a direct link to the downtown area. There is access to electric scooters to rent across the street. Many amenities are within walking distance. There is parking in a garage on site that would suit two small vehicles or one larger vehicle (height restrictions apply) or street parking available half a block away. The beach is walking distance if you enjoy a nice walk. The best access to the beach in the summer would probably be the electric scooters that are for hire all over the place (you will never be far from a few). This section of coastline gets busy over the holidays...shoot us a message for some local secrets on how to get to the best places without getting stuck in a car park. It will take you about 2 mins to drive down the hill to West Coast Drive. West Coast Drive follows the stunning Coast! There is also a walking/biking path on the West side of West Coast Drive. This is a must do!
