House Rules
1) The Guest declares that he/she/they is/are over 21 years of age, and no Guest under the age of 21 is permitted to occupy the Property unless accompanied by an adult (sorry no Schoolie’s). 2) To allow property servicing and maintenance, check in time is from 3pm, and check out by 10am. 4) No parties, special functions or gatherings permitted on the property 5) Out of respect for neighbours - minimal noise level required from 11pm until 7am. Please be aware that noise complaints mean there has been a breach of terms and conditions and may result in immediate termination of accommodation reservation and will result in full cost of security patrol call out fees and a $550 fine payable through Airbnb. 6) There is no smoking/vaping permitted inside the house. Please dispose of cigarette ends thoughtfully if you smoke outside. 7) All breakages and damage must be reported immediately and are the responsibility of the guest. Guest to message host on arrival if they notice damage and attach a picture to message where possible. 8) Please do not move furniture around during your stay - a fee may be charged by a tradesperson to put back. 9) Please close all windows and doors when leaving the unit, this is to protect your belongings. 10)Please don’t cut directly on the kitchen bench, use chopping boards provided. Please note that the fry pans & wooden chopping boards do not go in the dishwasher. Thank you! 11)Please latch the front & back doors (to stop doors slamming) when open as we do get a good sea breeze through the house. Plus this will cool the unit down very quickly.

Accessibility and Availability
Neighborhood
Hastings st is in the heart of Scarborough! The unit is walking distance to the beach, surf, restaurants, cafes, bars and nightlife. The Indian Ocean bar is directly across the road from the unit, it has music, food, coffee, drinks, swimming pool, hot tub and live bands. There is also the Scarborough market on the esplanade on Thursday evenings ( in summer) and on Saturday’s (in winter). The public open air swimming pool is located on the esplanade as are the e-scooters which are available for rent.
Guest Access
Private entrance to the villa. Secured undercover designated car park with 1 visitor bay (this may not always be available). On street parking is also an option.

There is free parking on the esplanade (time limited) plus paid parking in the Wilson car park on Manning st. The bus terminal is in the Scarborough central precinct near the surf shop and Betty’s burgers. These buses go to the train station for access to the city of Perth, plus several other destinations. E- scooter are available for front on the esplanades and there is also a bike path that goes all the way to north to Hillary’s Boat Harbour and south to Fremantle.
